Measurements are in inches. Small: 6.5" Medium: 7.0" and Large: 7.5" For best fit, measure your wrist at the wrist bone with a measuring tape or string. Add 1/2" to that measurement for a snug fit, 3/4" - 1" for a comfort fit, or 1" or larger for a loose fit.
